1:1 Coaching for Birth Professionals

Sessions aimed at offering confidential and professional support processing difficult outcomes and critical events. Birth professionals are in the unique position of experiencing secondary trauma when witnessing our participating in difficult births, codes, losses and other acutely stressful events. Rebekah’s support is not therapy. Rather, it is a series of sessions aimed at helping the birth professional to recover their nervous system and integrate the story so that they can fully engage in their work without lingering signs of burnout or distress.
